Order Cancellation
Under The Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. This doesn't apply however to personalised items.
Your right to cancel or return the goods to us doesn't apply for the supply of goods made to your specification. If you want to cancel your order before it is sent out, this may not always be possible, as we might have already ordered your blanks or started working on it. We might accept order cancellation at our discretion, but this will incur £5 administration charge, which will be deducted from your order.


Returns
Your rights to return the goods to us doesn't apply in the following circumstances:

1. Any product that we have made, personalised or customized specifically for you
2. If you have made a spelling mistake on your order
3. If you have selected incorrect size
4. If, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession

The customer has no right to reject or return the goods without contacting us first. If you return an item to us without our consent it is still your responsibility.

You can return your item because of an error from our side or because it's defective when delivered. In those circumstances we will provide either a replacement or a refund to the value of the item at the time of your purchase and your costs in returning it to us.
The item must be returned unused, in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective upon delivery or we have made a mistake on your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bowiecreations.co.uk

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty when delivered or we have made a mistake on your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
